Conversations
A conversation is a chat where the assistant answered at least once. Your own tests in the portal's test chat don't count. On paid plans you get 10% extra before the assistant stops answering for the month. One-off packs of 1,000 conversations (€25) are available on paid plans. Usage is under Settings → Plans and usage.
Content
- A site import reads up to 60 pages and counts as one source.
- Each uploaded file counts as one source, up to 10 MB per file.
- Storage counts the text of all your sources together.
Rate limits
The REST API and both MCP servers allow 60 requests per minute (per API key, or per IP address and assistant for the public docs MCP). Over the limit you get a 429 with Retry-After.
